Please note the following guidelines for returns:

  1. All return requests must be initiated via email to your dedicated Sales Representative or at info@lemonadeshoes.com.
  2. Each return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is mandatory for processing. Returns lacking an RMA number prominently displayed on the outer carton will be refused.
  3. Any discrepancies such as shortages or incorrect shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt, with photographic evidence provided.
  4. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of the original invoice.
  5. Return shipping labels must be prepaid by the customer. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs on returned items.
  6. Returns must be received in their original inner and outer packaging to avoid a restocking fee of 30%.
  7. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and up-to-date prior to invoicing. Any additional fees incurred due to incorrect or altered shipping instructions will be charged back to the customer's credit card immediately.
